Animasi Jepun Paling Bahaya Untuk Tontonan Kanak- Kanak



KOTA BAHARU, 27 Sept – Filem Animasi Jepun adalah antara DVD yang dikesan paling bahaya untuk ditonton oleh kanak-kanak di negara ini kerana mempunyai unsur negatif yang boleh merosakkan minda.

Pengerusi Lembaga Penapis Filem, (LPF) Datuk Mohd Hussain Shafie berkata ramai masyarakat di negara ini tidak mengetahui mengenai bahaya sesetengah cerita filem animasi kerana kurang peka terhadap kandungan DVD dan beranggapan ia hanya sebuah cerita rekaan seperti kartun yang sesuai untuk kanak-kanak.

“Banyak cerita animasi dari Jepun telah kita haramkan kerana walaupun ia merupakan cerita animasi yang dikatakan sesuai untuk golongan kanak-kanak tetapi ia tetap lebih kepada golongan dewasa.

“Ada antara kandungan cerita itu memaparkan animasi wanita dengan pakaian singkat, membuka dada dan beberapa adegan yang tidak elok untuk ditontoni oleh golongan kanak-kanak,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas Majlis Dialog Bersama Setiausaha Bahagian Kawalan Penapisan Filem Dan Penguatkuasaan Cawangan Kelantan di sini hari ini.

Dialog berkenaan merupakan kali pertama diadakan LPF di negeri ini yang turut dihadiri wakil dari Pejabat Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan Kelantan dan menghimpunkan beberapa penerbit, pengedar dan penjual VCD dan DVD di negeri ini.

Tanpa menyebut jumlah animasi yang telah diharamkan katanya lebih membimbangkan apabila kebanyakan filem animasi yang dibawa masuk ke negara ini mempunyai beberapa siri atau episod yang panjang.

Ini menyebabkan pihaknya terpaksa membuat penelitian yang lebih bagi memastikan tiada kandungan yang tidak sesuai dalam setiap episod yang dikeluarkan, kata Mohd Hussain.

“Masalahnya, cerita animasi dari Jepun ini panjang sirinya, berpuluh-puluh episod, kadang-kadang dalam satu atau dua episod kandungannya yang kita tengok semuanya okey, tetapi masuk episod keenam baru ada adegan buka-membuka (baju), ini yang bahaya,” katanya.

Sambil menyuarakan kebimbangan terhadap penghasilan animasi sebegitu beliau berkata pihaknya terpaksa mengambil tindakan mengharamkan animasi yang terlalu berisiko untuk ditontoni kanak-kanak dan didapati tidak dapat disunting.

“Kalau ada benda yang tak boleh dipotong maka kita akan haramkan kesemua siri atau episod berkenaan dari disiarkan,” katanya.

Mohd Hussain bagaimanapun berkata, sikap segelintir ibu bapa atau penjaga yang terlalu mengambil mudah dan menggantikan kesibukan masa mereka untuk anak-anak dengan membelikannya pemain VCD dan cerita-cerita animasi untuk tontonan, menyebabkan ramai kanak-kanak yang masih terdedah menonton animasi yang boleh merosakkan minda.

“Apa yang terbaik adalah ibu bapa atau penjaga itu sendiri mengawal dan menjaga apa yang ditontoni anak-anak mereka, kalau beli animasi lihatlah dulu kandungan animasi itu sebelum berhasrat untuk membenarkan anak-anak menontonnya,” katanya.

Selain itu Mohd Hussain menegaskan tapisan yang dibuat LPF bagi sebarang filem di negara ini bukan kerana mahu menyekat hak masyarakat untuk menonton filem-filem berkenaan tetapi ia lebih kepada menjaga kepentingan masyarakat majmuk yang terdiri daripada pelbagai agama, golongan dan usia di negara ini.

Menyifatkan tapisan filem yang dibuat pihaknya seumpama undang-undang jalan raya yang perlu dipatuhi oleh semua pihak, beliau berkata ia dibuat untuk keselamatan dan kesan jangka panjang terhadap perkara baik dan buruk yang akan membentuk masyarakat daripada apa yang ditontoni. – Bernama

of the stomach.

Many other cultures see bananas as a “cooling” fruit that can lower
both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In
Thailand, for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their
baby is born with a cool temperature.

(SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the
natural mood enhancer tryptophan.
Smoking:
Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12
they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them,
help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.
Stress:
Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat,
sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body’s water balance.

Apa hobi Tun pada masa lapang?

Sebenarnya saya tidak banyak masa lapang masa kini kerana kerap menulis. Saya mempunyai banyak rencana untuk blog saya, untuk memoir saya dan ada juga tulisan berkenaan dengan tajuk-tajuk tertentu yang belum lagi saya keluarkan.
Kalau ada masa, saya cuma tonton televisyen sahaja. Hobi sebenar, tak ada lagi.

Tun nampak muda daripada usia sebenar, apa rahsia Tun kelihatan cergas dan bertenaga?

Saya memang aktif daripada dulu pun. Saya percaya kalau kita aktif terutama setelah kita bersara dan tidak ada lagi tugas-tugas tertentu, itu sendiri mempunyai kesan baik kepada kesihatan dan kecergasan kita. Jadi kerana kita cergas, maka kita akan merasa lebih sihat dan kerana kita sihat, maka kita lebih cergas.
Jadi, orang yang bersara patut mempunyai hobi atau apa-apa minat tertentu yang akan menghabiskan masa siang dan malam mereka.

Bagaimana Tun memastikan keadaan kesihatan sentiasa stabil?

Saya jaga kesihatan saya. Memanglah kadang-kadang dapat juga penyakit seperti dahulu saya dapat penyakit jantung dan itu telah dirawat dan dibedah. Dan sekarang ini saya sudah pulih daripada sakit itu dan lega daripada kesan pembedahan.

Saya selalu mengambil berat tentang keadaan kesihatan saya iaitu kalau ada apa-apa yang saya rasa kurang baik, maka saya bertanya kepada doktor saya dan saya biasanya mengikuti arahan-arahannya dan ubat-ubat yang perlu saya makan.
Selain itu, saya bersenam, saya berjalan dan saya juga guna treadmill kalau tak dapat berjalan kerana hujan atau lain-lain perkara.

Apa makanan kegemaran Tun? Adakah Tun menitikberatkan aspek pemakanan?

Makanan saya makanan biasa iaitu nasi dengan kari. Walaupun kadang-kadang saya pilih masakan barat atau Jepun tetapi kegemaran saya, saya fikir semua orang tahu, daripada lauk-lauk yang saya makan yang paling saya suka adalah daging bakar cicah air asam dan sayur keladi. Ini adalah kegemaran saya.
Tetapi saya tak makan terlalu banyak. Selalunya sederhana. Saya makan hampir semua, tak ada yang saya pantang sebenarnya. Dan setiap kali saya timbang berat untuk menentukan saya tidak terlalu berat.

Apakah aktiviti senaman kegemaran Tun?

Saya buat sikit-sikit sahaja iaitu saya angkat dumbel pagi-pagi dan saya buat senaman tarik nafas dan selain itu, saya juga guna treadmill dan berjalan.

Pada usia ini, sudah tentu Tun gemar bercuti dan melancong bersama keluarga? Apakah aktiviti riadah atau destinasi percutian Tun?
Saya jarang bercuti sebenarnya tapi setahun sekali saya ambil cutilah. Dalam 10 hari atau dua minggu. Tapi masa cuti pun kalau ada kerja yang boleh buat, saya buat juga. Dan saya selalu ke luar negara kerana ada urusan di sana, memberi ucapan-ucapan setelah dijemput oleh banyak kumpulan-kumpulan.
Semasa bercuti, seboleh-bolehnya saya ingin supaya keluarga saya ikut bersama. Saya biasanya bercuti di laut Mediterranean. Saya suka naik bot di Laut Mediterranean dan pergi ke bandar-bandar kecil di tepi-tepi laut seperti di Turki dan Greece dan kadang-kadang juga di Perancis.

Apa rahsia kebahagiaan rumah tangga Tun dan Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah yang telah bersama selama 53 tahun?

Dalam soal kebahagiaan rumah tangga, saya berpendapat bahawa apabila kita berkahwin, kita mesti bersikap bertanggungjawab. Kalau ada perpisahan, ia menyakitkan orang lain termasuk anak saya. Dan saya tak nak mereka menjadi tidak senang kerana kelakuan saya.
Sebab itu saya lebih suka walaupun kita memanglah ada masalah, mungkin salah faham antara suami isteri, tapi akhirnya kita atasi dan kita balik berdamai. Dan saya tak minat untuk menyakitkan hati sesiapa termasuk isteri saya dengan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang kurang baik.

Sejak bila Tun perlu memakai cermin mata?

Saya mula pakai sejak umur 14 tahun lagi. Tapi rabun mata saya tidak kuat. Kalau saya buat ujian mata, saya boleh baca semua.
Saya bernasib baik kerana tiada katarak. Ada sedikit tetapi tidak mengganggu.

Apa pendapat Tun tentang kesedaran masyarakat sekarang tentang penjagaan kesihatan seperti virus H1N1?

Ini bergantung pada diri sendiri. Kita tidak boleh berharap Jabatan Kesihatan selamatkan kita, menolong kita daripada dapat jangkitan.
Penyakit ini berpunca daripada jangkitan. Kalau kita tidak dekat orang yang ada jangkitan, kita tidak dapat kerana asasnya ada jangkitan. Kita perlu elak daripada berjumpa dengan orang ramai.
Kita di sini seolah-olah tidak mengambil berat tentang pemakaian mask (topeng muka) walaupun sudah diarahkan. Ramadhan yang lalu, saya pergi pasar Ramadhan, saya pakai topeng tetapi pelanggan-pelanggan dan penjual-penjual tidak memakainya.
Kita tidak mengambil berat pasal ini. Misalnya, hidung berair, ini kena berubat dengan cepat.

Apakah nasihat Tun kepada masyarakat dalam menjaga kesihatan seperti penjagaan jantung?

Saya berpendapat masyarakat mesti mengambil tahu tentang kesihatan diri sendiri. Yang itu mereka mesti jaga daripada awal supaya tidak menjadi terlalu gemuk kerana makan keterlaluan dan mereka jaga supaya mereka cergas, jaga tubuh badan mereka terutamanya menjaga gigi dan lain-lain bahagian dalam badan kita.

Seboleh-bolehnya tidak makan barangan yang boleh mendatangkan penyakit kepada kita terutama kolestrol dan lain-lain kita makan secara sedikit, tak terlalu banyak.
Apa yang dilarang, kita cuba elak. Jadi dengan cara kita selalu mengambil berat tentang kedudukan tubuh badan kita, saya fikir ini memberi alamat untuk mengelak lebih awal sesuatu yang tidak dikehendaki terutama berkenaan berat badan.
Dan kita punya profail, kalau kita tengok sesetengah orang perut mereka buncit kerana mereka tak jaga makan. Ini yang menyebabkan kemudiannya mereka tak nampak sihat. Walaupun mungkin mereka kuat dan sihat tetapi dengan profail yang tak begitu menarik, mereka akan tidak nampak sihat. Dan sebenarnya bila nampak tak sihat akhirnya betul-betul akan menjadi tak sihat.

A Wise Woman

A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream. The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her bag to share her food. The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to give it to him. She did so without hesitation.
The traveler left, rejoicing in his good fortune. He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lifetime.
But, a few days later, he came back to return the stone to the wise woman. "I've been thinking," he said. "I know how valuable this stone is, but I give it back in the hope that you can give me something even more precious. Give me what you have within you that enabled you to give me this stone."
Sometimes it's not the wealth you have but what's inside you that others need.

Musytari akan muncul esok


FLORIDA - Planet terbesar dalam sistem solar akan muncul dengan jelas di ruang angkasa bermula esok dan dapat dilihat dengan mata kasar.

Dalam fenomena yang berlaku setiap 12 tahun, Musytari (Jupiter) akan berada sekitar 630,000,000 kilometer dari Bumi.

Kedudukan paling dekat antara Bumi dan Musytari pernah berlaku pada 1963 dan kejadian seterusnya hanya dijadualkan pada 2022.

"Kehadiran Musytari di ruang angkasa dapat dilihat dengan jelas pada tengah malam esok, tetapi planet itu sudah boleh dilihat pada malam ini menggunakan teropong jauh," kata Tony Phillips, seorang pengkaji bintang di Califronia, Amerika Syarikat.

Planet Uranus juga dijangka dapat dilihat pada tengah malam esok dan kemunculan bersama kedua-dua planet ini di ruang angkasa selama beberapa minggu bermula malam esok menggembirakan pengkaji bintang dan angkasa lepas.

10 TRICKS FOR IMPROVING YOUR MEMORY

What’s the name of your daughter’s teacher, and where did you put your keys again? If you’ve ever wished you could do some simple things to sharpen your memory skills, you can. We’ve talked to the experts and compiled the latest thinking on improving the muscles in your brain associated with memory.
1. Talk with your hands.
It may sound strange, but waving your hands and gesturing while trying to learn a concept may help your brain remember something important, says Jeff Brown, PsyD, ABPP, coauthor of The Winner’s Brain. "Gesturing in a meaningful way while you are learning may help you when recalling the concept,” he says. “The idea is that you are storing at least two different types of information about something you'll need to recall later. A good example of this is when kids speak math problems aloud, but also 'work them' in the air.” Tactics to try: When you’ve just learned someone’s name, “write” it down on the palm of your hand with your finger. The act of tracing the letters on your palm (discreetly, of course) can help your brain remember it, says Dr. Brown. Or, “Air-write on an imaginary map of your grocery store or mall as you name aloud the items or stores you need to remember when shopping.”
2. Take a chill pill.
Learning to calm down and not carry as much stress can help your brain in significant ways, says Elizabeth Lombardo, PhD, PT, a psychologist and physical therapist in Wexford, Pennsylvania, and the author of A Happy You: Your Ultimate Prescription for Happiness. “The best tip to improve your memory is: Reduce your stress,” says Dr. Lombardo. “Research shows that when people experience chronic stress, their hippocampus—the part of your brain that is responsible for some memories—literally shrinks in size.” In fact, a 2007 study in the journal Neurology by researchers at Rush University Medical School found that people who are easily distressed and had more negative emotions were more likely to develop memory problems than more easygoing people. How to reduce your stress? Consider delegating more tasks at work, clearing your social calendar for the weekend (there’s nothing wrong with having nothing on the calendar!) and purging negative relationships from your life.
3. Get plenty of zzz’s.
You’ve heard the concept of “sleeping on it” when you’re faced with a problem or difficult decision, right? Well, getting a good night’s sleep can help you improve your memory, too. "Sleep is critical for memory consolidation,” says Dr. Brown. “Getting at least six hours of uninterrupted sleep following exposure to new information can help in the recall of that information.” But there’s an important side note: “The trick is going directly to bed without inserting any new information or activity between what you want to recall and going to sleep—no reading, no TV, no sex, no music."
4. Eat more fruits and veggies.
Eating your spinach—and carrots and peas—is not only good for your body, it’s good for your memory, too. A recent Harvard study found that people who ate more vegetables had a slower decline of brain function as they aged. “Other studies, such as one published in Pharmacology, have shown that essential brain-boosting nutrients found in certain produce, such as quercetin and anthocyanin, may reverse memory loss,” says Tosca Reno, a health and fitness expert and author of the bestselling book The Eat-Clean Diet. You can find these compounds in cruciferous vegetables, such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli and cabbage, as well as in leafy greens, including kale, spinach and Swiss chard. Also load up on brightly colored produce such as berries, red apples, eggplant and grapes—their bright hue is an indication of their brain-boosting antioxidants.
5. Join a book club.
Not only is reading great for your brain, but discussing what you’ve read can improve your memory by leaps and bounds, says Sandra Bond Chapman, PhD. In fact, a book club with your closest girlfriends may help strengthen your brain’s frontal lobe function. “The frontal lobe is the last region of the brain to develop, but the first to decline with age,” explains Dr. Chapman. “To strengthen function of the frontal lobe, engage in deeper-level thinking activities such as interpreting what you read in a book, discussing the ‘larger messages’ in the book and pushing to see how many meanings you can derive from it.”
6. Go to yoga class.
What can a downward-facing-dog pose do for your memory? A lot, says Gina Norman, a yoga teacher in New York City. “A new study out of the University of North Carolina shows that brief meditative exercise helps cognition and skills essential to critical thinking,” she says. But if you’re not into yoga, exercise of any kind works to boost your brain, says Dr. Lombardo. “Research shows that exercise increases the blood flow to all areas of your body, including the brain and specifically areas involved in memory,” she says. “One study found that mice who exercised grew new brain cells in the dentate gyrus, a part of the hippocampus which can be affected by declines in memory as we get older.” Short on time? “Try running up a flight of stairs, jogging to a bathroom that is farther away from you, doing 50 jumping jacks, putting on a great song and dancing around, or grabbing your child’s hand and jumping on the bed together.”
7. Sniff some rosemary.
Parsley and sage are great, as is thyme, but when it comes to improving memory, rosemary is king. In a recent study, UK researchers looked at scents and how they boosted or detracted from mental performance. They found that office workers whose cubicles were infused with the scent of rosemary had better long-term memory than those in unscented cubes. “There are other essential oils that can help with memory, but rosemary is by far the best and most economical,” says Cher Core, an aromatherapist in Boston. “Diffuse rosemary essential oil in the air, wear it in a perfume, use it in mists and more. It is a good choice for those studying and folks who need help with memory, focus and concentration.”
8. Pay attention.
Duh, right? It may sound obvious, but according to experts, when most people think they’re having memory problems, it’s really because they were distracted or didn’t record the information in their brain properly to begin with, says Linda Edelstein, PhD, adjunct faculty at Northwestern University and the author of The Art of Midlife. “When people cannot retrieve information it is often because they haven't taken it in in the first place,” she says. “You cannot recall information that you did not store.” The number-one trick to paying closer attention? Stop multitasking and be fully present. That means setting down the BlackBerry while lunching with your friend, turning off the TV when you’re trying to read something and not letting your eyes—or mind—wander when chatting with someone at a party. You’ll be more likely to remember the person’s name.
9. Learn a new song.
Have you ever found yourself singing along to a song you love that debuted 10 years ago, and yet you still don’t know the lyrics? Learning the words could be fun, but it could also be good for your memory in general. By memorizing a song, “you will be working out at least two different kinds of memory, auditory and verbal, which is probably something you don't do very often,” says Cynthia Green, PhD, an expert on brain health and memory. “The research suggests that constantly challenging our brains with intellectual pursuits may boost our ‘cognitive reserve’ and can have the associated benefit of reducing our dementia risk over the long-term.”
10. Go ahead and doodle.
When’s the last time you grabbed a pencil and paper and let your mind go—drawing hearts and rainbows, or whatever scene or object popped into your head? Surprisingly, says Dr. Green, a free-flowing pen could be the key to strengthening your brain’s memory centers. “Doodling has been found in studies to boost concentration, which is an essential first step to learning and memory,” says Dr. Green. “After all, if you can't focus on information, you don't acquire it effectively, and you can never remember something you don't learn in the first place!”

Gadis 14 Tahun...Ketinggian 2.06m


RIO DE JANEIRO - Seorang remaja perempuan berusia 14 tahun di Brazil memiliki ketinggian 2.06 meter sekali gus menjadikannya antara remaja paling tinggi di dunia, lapor sebuah akhbar semalam.

Ketinggian remaja itu, Elisany Silva terus meningkat pada kadar 0.l5 meter setahun disebabkan sejenis penyakit tumbesaran tetapi keluarganya tidak mampu untuk membiayai kos perubatan anak mereka bagi menghalang ketinggiannya.

Bercakap dari rumahnya di negeri Para, Elisany memberitahu sebuah stesen televisyen tempatan bahawa dia tidak dapat pergi ke sekolah kerana tempat duduk bas terlalu kecil untuk dirinya.

"Di rumah juga sukar. Apabila saya leka, kepala saya akan terhantuk pada siling rumah," katanya.

Elisany berharap dia dapat menggunakan ketinggiannya untuk menjadi seorang model fesyen yang berjaya.
